• Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure schedule availability.
• Handling and managing complaints related to client scheduling.
• Compiling, managing, and monitoring client agendas in detail.
• Implementing completeness. Risk mitigation strategies through data
• Preparing and ensuring the completeness of documents for the event day.
• Delivering presentations on learned milestones.

Qualifications:

JUNIOR ORGANIZING CREW

Responsibilities:

• Manage the actual event to ensure it runs smoothly according to the rundown
• Coordinate with vendors and provide support to the client's family throughout the event
• Manage catering, makeup, attire, and other vendor services to
• Ensure a seamless experience for clients
