Qualifications Loker Admin Sales di Ubu Villa Jogja

• Female
• Max age 30 years
• Yogyakarta domicile
• Education min. SMA/SMK
• Active on social media 
• Fast response, communicative, friendly
• Mastering Microsoft Office
• Able to work on target
• Willing to work shifts
• Have personal laptop (is a plus)

Task & Responsibility:

• Perform closing targets
• Respond chat/phone via whatsapp and social media
• Handle reservation by website and OTA
• Entry data into HMS
• Create invoices from direct orders
• Check-in and check-out reservation at HMS
• Crosscheck every payment with accounting
• Request guest feedback/reviews
