General recruitment:

• Having a happy, passionate & positive attitude
• Person with blaming-victim attitude is not suitable to our working environment
• Able to work both as part of a team or independently
• Willing to learn new things related to planning & managing event
• Willing to work from office or join the field
• Possess high interest in Planning & organising activity

Requirements :

ADMINISTRATION STAFF

• Diploma/Bachelor degree from any major (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Computer literate (Especially google sheet, google docs and google calender)
• Possess high interest in managing cloud/offline folder & file
• 10 finger typing literate (prioritized)

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be assigned to collate clients data and convert into proper guidebook

CONTENT SPECIALIST

• Able to take video for tiktok or/and instagram
• Able to use (VN or/and Capcut or similiar video editing apps)
• Editing skill on tiktok/instagram reels
• Open minded to new tiktok or/and reels trends

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be assigned to develop social media engagement by create positive & educative social media content

JUNIOR ORGANISING TEAM (FREELANCE)

• Max 35 Yo
• Stay/domiciled in Yogyakarta
• Not currently active in other wedding planner/organiser industry
• Willing to work on weekends
• Having a driving licence
• Having private vehicle
• Been involved in a wedding event (prioritized)
• Active college student are welcome to apply
• Graduates from any major are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be assigned to take care of every detail and brief given prior to the event

Recruitment timeline:

• 18-28 April - file submission
• 28-30 April - video interview submission
• 3 May - Announcement
