Requirements :

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any field
• Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Supervisor
• Previous experience of providing the effective planning and development of a team of Customer Services
• Strong communication skills, strong logical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eagerness to learn
• Willing to placed in D.I Yogyakarta area

Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a highly skilled team of Customer Service Specialist
• Conducting root couse analysis and provide ongoing recomendations / solutions to improve professionalism and customer service
• Ensuring all the team provides the highest levels of accuary and attention to detail in order to delver excellent customer service
• Ensuring all team members are achieving their KPI's daily
• Ensuring full understanding of the company's quality standardsand expected standards of service in support of this role

TELESALES

Requirements :

• Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor from any field
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills with ability to resolve and address
• Proactive, target oriented, and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities :

• Develop a list of prospects to contact on a regular basis
• Contact potential or existing clients to inform about the product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask question to understand clients requirements and close sales
• Enter and update clients information on database
• Keep records of calls and sales also take note useful information
