CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Placement : Yogyakarta

Things you will do :

• Serve the customers and help them in answering inquiries
• Handle & resolve customer complaints
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Go through all customer inquiries in all sorabel's social media and respon

Person we are looking for :

• Willing to work in afternoon or night shift permanently (16.00 - 00.00) / (00.00 - 08.00)
• Passionate in fashion
• Having experience in online customer service is a plus
• Enjoy working in start-up
