CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER 

Things you will do :

• Serve as customer service helping to answer chats inquiries from our customers
• Handle & resolve customer complaints
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Sweeping and response to customer inquiries in all Sorabel's social media

Person we are looking for :

• Willing to work afternoon shift permanently (16.00 - 00.00)
• Passionate in fashion
• Having experience in online customer service is a plus
• Enjoy working in start-up
