HR SPECIALIST

Requirements:

• Handle recruitment process; including screening CV, shortlisting candidates, managing psychological tests, test scoring, and making candidates’ summary
• Prepare CV and correspondence to be forwarded to client regarding of suitable applicants
• Arrange interview with client by coordinating schedule and follow up candidates during the recruitment process
• Maintain candidate database, including inputting data to system
• Having minimal 1 year(s) experienced in related field, Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Flexible Time, Can handle its all daily
• Strong communication skill and able to work well in team
