Ketentuan :
MARKETING SALES ONLINE – MANAGER
- Responsibilities:
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing, customer services and PR.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Creating Marketing, Sales and Promotion Plan
- Creating sales performance report weekly and monthly. Overseeing and make planning for marketing budget, revenue vs expense
- Managing the sales and marketing program
- Provide a creative idea and initiative in programs to increase sales revenue, by creating the marketing strategies.
- Planning a corporate strategy for the short and long term
- Determining the mapping market and analyze the competitors to take appropriate action needed to increase the market share.
- Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure all company deoartements are kept informed
- Process analytical skill able to interpret data and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines,promotion materials and events
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Degree, with proven record in sales and marketing position.
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Required skill(s) : Strong business acumen, excellent communication and customer relation, managerial business planning, campaign management, marketing analysis, marketing and product development, customer acquisition.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience ini the related field is required for this position

MARKETING ANALIS – SPV
- Jobdesk:
- Interpret data,analyze result using statistical techniques and provide report ongoing marketing activities
- Develope and implement database,data collection systems,data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data sources and maintain databases
- Present the analysis that has been made to management by period or by request
- Identify,analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Responsible for providing a portal report to support another division
- Brand, Product & Sies Awareness through methods;
- Short term & Wide Term initiative, planning, budgeting & timelime;
- Localized buying implementation to different local region/area;
- Dynamic Creative Optimization to reach different target in different area interest;
- Micro Audience targeting database/buying programmatic;
- Converting Imgession to a manageable leads in contribution to sales;

- REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with GPA Min 3,00 out of 4,00.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Jobdesk :
- Experience in managing and answering online inquiry marketplace platforms
- 1 - 2 Years Experience as Customer Service Online will be preferred
- Responsible to deal with all incoming inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensure all response rate metrics are in excellent level
- Provide professional, accurate and valid information to end consumer
- Strong in dealing with customer complaints, provide a solution and offer alternatives solution within Company policy
- Follow up and ensure closure of inquiry or issue
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with the fulfillment team, key account manager, brands and other related parties
