We are a start up company from Canada who is looking for : 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT / SUPPORT CENTER AGENT 

for Yogyakarta Area

Qualifications are as follows :

• Associate / Bachelor Degree
• Excellent command in English and able to use it on a daily basis, both verbal and written (min TOEFL score : 400)
• Able to work in a dynamic working environment
• Engage with email, computer and mobile devices troubleshoots ( Blackberry Android, Samsung Knox and iOS )
• Willing to work in 24 hours shift time
• Good attitude and a fast learner
