Ketentuan : 

CUSTOMER ASSISSTANCE & COLLECTIION TEAM (CACT) 

• Jobdesc : 
• Melayani customer yang berhubungan dengan invoicing 
• Melakukan cek pembayaran dan proses pemesanan customer 
• Handle komplain atau pertanyaan customer tentang produk - produk Qwords melalui e-mail atau web chat. 
• Melayani pertanyaan yang diajukan customer dan memberikan informasi yang di inginkan dengan selengkap mungkin 
• Kualifikasi : 
• Pendidikan SMA/SMK/D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan Akuntansi/Manajemen/IT 
• Usia max 27 thn 
• Bersedia bekerja shift 
• Mampu menguasai Ms.Office 
• Teliti & cekatan 
• Terbiasa menggunakan internet (email,chat dll) 
• Pengalaman bekerja di bisnis Web Hosting / Domain menjadi nilai tambah 
• Penempatan Sleman - Yogyakarta

CREATIVE STRATEGIST 

• Jobdesc : 
• Partner closely with content team to create and concept innovative and “out-of-the-box” ideas for digital campaign 
• Do research to understand customer and identify key messages 
• Develop creative briefs 
• Requirements : 
• Min 2 years experience in creative agency or advertising industry
• Creative thinker willing to stretch and learn 
• Aware with trending topics in society 
• Placement at Sleman – Yogyakarta

STORY TELLER 

• Jobdesc : 
• Contribute to digital strategy through developing compelling storytelling content for social media, email, web, and other channel. 
• Support Sales & Marketing team with relevant sales collateral (such as product demo) 
• Create structure and guideline to act as brand ambassadors consistent with company values and messaging. 
• Contribute to internal communications including plans for communicating company vision, values and initiatives.
• Requirements : 
• Min 2 years experience of journalistic/editorial/corporate communication 
• Excellent writing skills, ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely 
• Placement at Sleman - Yogyakarta 

VIDEOGRAPHER 

• Jobdesc : 
• Partner closely with content team to create, concept and implement a variety of different videos or animation
• Producing and editing the video 
• Requirements : 
• Min 2 years experience in production role or related industry 
• Expert using video editing tools such as Premiere Pro/After Effects, etc 
• Have Motion Graphic & Design Graphic skill is a plus 
• Placement at Sleman – Yogyakarta 

SALES & MARKETING 

• Jobdesc : 
• Memastikan target penjualan tercapai 
• Membuat perencanaan kerja 
• Membuat laporan kerja Sales 
• enjalin relasi yang baik dengan konsumen 
• Kualifikasi : 
• Pendidikan min D3 Semua jurusan, diutamakan IT 
• Umur max 35 tahun 
• Mempunyai passion dibidang penjualan 
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris aktif 
• Berpangalaman min 2 tahun baik berjualan atau memimpin tim penjualan menjadi nilai tambah 
• Proven Track Record dalam bidang Sales 
• Paham dengan istilah IT (server, hosting) 
• Mempunyai kendaraan sendiri dan memiliki SIM 
• Bersedia di tempatkan di Bandung atau Jakarta

DATA ANALYST STAFF 

• Jobdesc : 
• Doing data selection, preparation and data analysis using different data mining method. 
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing report. 
• Importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purpose. 
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. 
• Keep pace with analytics, technology and marketing industry trends 
• Requirements : 
• Min. Bachelor's degree in Information System, IT, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent 
• At least min. 1 year(s) of working experience in Data Analyst is required for this position 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Technical expertise, regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques 
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyze datasets 
• Learn database, SQL, data visualization, customer insight 
• Good Skill and knowledge of using statistical analysis methods such as clustering, regression and classification 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English 
• Willing to placement at Bandung
