LEGAL STAFF

Kualifikasi Umum :

• Age Max 32 
• Bachelor Degree of Laws from Reputable University
• GPA Min 3.00 (4.00 Scale)
• Have an experience handle IPO, Acquisition/Merger, RUPS 
• Have an experience in Business Law Field
• Have a knowledge about OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan)\
• Have an experience min. 3 years in Multifinance Company, Bank, or Law Firm 
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Good English (Both oral and written)
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to travel for the job (An interest in working in a variety of areas)
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Can handle documents for IPO or Acquisition 
• Check the completeness of the legality and administration of the debt financing documents of the debtor candidate who has been approved by the credit committee
• Drafting Legal Opinion
• Drafting an agreement 
• Able to share of legal views to another work units
• Conduct examinations of financing letters/documents relating to legal aspects
• Conduct examinations of collateral in accordance with applicable regulations
