Persyaratan:

TECHNICAL & DEVELOPMENT

2. IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
  • Install and configuring operating systems and applications
  • Assist Government Relations team to set up systems or resolve issues, troubleshooting system, diagnosing, and solving error issue
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Follow scrum flow and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Support the roll-out of new product
  • Setting up new user management and profiles and dealing with big data

Requirements:

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specializedrole
