ICS Indonesia is currently seeking experienced multi-skilled specialists to join our rapidly growing and expanding company. 

OPERATION OFFICER 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre – arrival task: Guide order, Transport order, Preparing cost, preparing amenities & welcome kits, re – confirming pre booked activities. 
  • Collect all info and print paper file which goes to operation for assigning transport and guides. 
  • Make correspondence with related suppliers and internal department. 
  • Receive booking request for optional. 
  • Handle and escort VIP and VVIP group if necessary. 
  • Make a report to Department head in case of any irregularity or complain and coordination. with related department. 
Requirements and qualifications: 
  • Male or female, must posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, preferred travel and tourism or hotel management. 
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta office. 
  • Preferably native Yogyakarta. 
  • Have basic tourism and product knowledge skill especially Yogyakarta and surrounding. 
  • Good command of English language both written and spoken. 
  • Experience in travel and tourism or hospitality for at least 2 years, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office knowledge. 
  • Self-motivated and result driven, able to work alone or part of a team. 
  • Good organizational skills & good time management skills. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. 
  • Ready to work in shift.
