Kualifikasi :

PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
  • To develop the business by sourcing opportunities and creates promo to be launched at stores 
  • Monitoring, guiding and checking staff to get result as expected by Company 
  • Coordinating with other Division or Department to ensure the promo runs effectively. 
  • Analyze the result of promos that have been launched. 
Requirements:
  • Male/Female 
  • Max 40 years 
  • Min 5 yrs experience in retail industry 
  • Bachelor Degree of related fields of study (Business adm, IT, Management) 
  • English is a must 
  • Attentive to detail, able to do multi tasking 
  • Good analytical skill 
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill, 
  • Excellent in improvement and problem solver 
  • Open minded, honest, and hard worker 
  • Living in area of Yogyakarta is preferred 
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION & E-COMMERCE MANAGER
  • Desired Skills and Experience: 
  • Bachelor/Master Degree : any major, in E-Commerce, Business Communication/Marketing wouldbe an advantage 
  • Minimum 5 years in the e-commerce and digital communication media. 
  • Familiar with industry-standard web content management/CMS, database and web management. 
  • Has experienced to manage a team of content writer, design, link builders and social media marketers. 
  • Well knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) best practices, marketing and customer oriented. 
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce terminology and new technologies 
  • Understand government regulation for online content, promotion and communication. 
  • Ability to implement, evaluate and constant review of the operation effectiveness and provide action to improve and monitor the improvement. 
  • Ability to monitor constantly and evaluate the IT capacity to support the e-commerce system and continue the development requirement for e-commerce. 
  • Well understood of company’s values and passion, translate it into design and communication that reflects those critical attributes. 
  • Target oriented and strong drive to manage the process. 
  • Focus on customer and online business for services and products.

MARKETING MANAGER

  • Mengembangkan bisnis dan mendapatkan klien untuk memenuhi target penghasilan financial dan bisnis. 
  • Membuat perencanaan, memastikan kelancaran eksekusi, dan mengembangkan program pemasaran dan promosi produk dan proyek klien. 
Persyaratan :
  • Pria/Wanita 
  • Pendidikan Min S1 
  • Usia maks. 35 tahun 
  • Pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai Marketing Manager / Account Manager 
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik / menguasai bidang Retail, Digital Marketing, Media Industry, eCommerce, dan pengelolaan event 
  • Kemampuan yang baik dalam berkomunikasi, negosiasi, dan koordinasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris

SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER FOR RETAIL
Job Description :
  • Oversees the operation of retail outlets 
  • Responsible for sales and profit results, merchandise, operating cost and expense control 
  • Responsible for staffing store management positions and staff evaluation 
  • To ensure regular training conducted at each store to improve staff's technical and soft skills 
  • To ensure all marketing and promotion activities conducted at each store 
Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from reputable university 
  • English is a must 
  • Min 3 yrs experiences as operation manager in retail industry, preferably distribution of hi-end or gadget products 
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic and hands-on personality 
  • Good communication and inter-personal skill. 
  • Good in reporting, analysing and interpreting data.
