Requirements:

OPERASIONAL MANAGER UKM- (OMUKM) 

• Male/Female 
• Any Major bachelor from reputable university 
• At least 3 years of develop and inovation production,experience in packaging UKM 
• Strong personal, negotiation & communication skills 
• Good team player 
• Commitment to outstanding performance 
• Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines 
• Multi-task oriented, strong analytical skills 

JUNIOR MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTING-(JMFA)

• Male/Female 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree , Master Degree Accounting or Economic Major from reputable university 
• At least 3 years of experience in controling function 
• Master Experience with AR/AP, Balance Sheet Analysis, Cash Flow and Budgeting 
• Understood with ERP system e.c BAAN 
• Good personal dan leadership 
• Good team player 
• Commitment to outstanding performance 

SOURCING MATERIAL-(SMTL)

• Male/Female 
• Any Major bachelor from reputable university 
• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing material for garment (import & local) 
• Ability to analyze, articulate and solve complex problem and concept to make effective bussiness decisions 
• Ability to develop and execute strategic catagory goals 
• Knowing specification characteristic of fabric and accesories for garment 
• Understanding of markets dynamic and sound business judgement 
• Good personal dan leadership 
• Good team player, hard worker and result oriented 
• Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlinesMulti-task oriented, strong analytical skills 
• Enjoy to work under pressure 
• Commitment to outstanding performance 

MANAGER TECHNICAL-(MT)

• Male/Female 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree from reputable university, prefer from fashion design 
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering garment controling function & manufacturing production 
• Industrial knowledge, Designing knowledge, Pattern making skill,Grading ability 
• Master Experience in sample maker, pattern, method, tooling and attachment inovation 
• Costing & Production calculation knowledge 
• Ensure the correct or closest fabrics and trims are used for each style 
• Reduce garment sample lead-time while improving sample quality 
• Good personal dan leadership 
• Self-starter who is motivated with a disciplined approach to proble solving 
• Good team player, hard worker, strong analytic and result oriented 
• Enjoy to work under pressure 
• Commitment to outstanding performance 

DESIGN PRODUCT-(DP)

• Male/Female 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Any Major from reputable university 
• At least 1 years of experience in design grafis 
• Have portofolio with design origin made self 
• Creative and good personal 
• Good team player 
• Commitment to outstanding performance
