Lowongan Store Manager di PT Graha Nivaha Sakti - Hartono Mall Yogyakarta (Gaji 2,2 - 2,8 Juta / Bulan)

STORE MANAGER

We require a manager for a spa and restaurant that will open in Hartono Mall (Yogyakarta). The candidate must be prepared to do everything to ensure the success and competitiveness of the company.

Duties include:

• Management tasks: Hiring/firing/training staff. Maintaining employee records. Creating work schedules.
• Guest relations and customer service.
• PR/marketing.
• Basic accounting and inventory.
• Secretarial tasks.
• Being a role model for other staff members by learning and doing every task.
• Doing everything to ensure the success of the business.
• Work hours will be full-time and negotiable.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be able to speak English at an intermediate level.
• Strong personality: ability to deal with staff problems, angry customers, slow vendors, awkward situations, deadlines, and pressure from the boss in an effective and professional manner, with a smile.
• Excellent grooming, hygiene, and professional/modern fashion sense.
• Good looking, healthy, and active. Not lazy.
• Between the ages of 24 and 40.
• Intelligent and charismatic. Fast learner.
• Education at least D3 (S1 preferred).
• We value previous experience in hospitality: 4 or 5 star hotels, restaurants, spas, cruise, and resorts. We also value sales experience in malls/retail and customer service experience. (Previous experience in spa/salon is not necessary).

Compensation

• Starting salary will depend on previous experience and range from Rp. 2.200.000 to 2.800.000 per month.
• Yearly bonus.
