To support the rapid growth, we are looking for professional candidates to join our team as : 

1. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER - (HRM) 
2. HRD (HRD) 
3. CIVIL ENGINEERING (CE) 

Requirements :

• Male / Female with min. 30 years old (1) 
• Male / Female with min. 25 years old (2,3) 
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in from reputable university (ALL) 
• Min. 5 years professional experience as Human Resource Manager preferably in manufacturing industry (1) 
• Experience min 2 years in other potition (2,3) 
• Strong knowledge in Factory Statement (1) 
• Strong knowledge in Factory Modeling (1) 
• Understand the process of Recruitment, Training, Compensation, accustomed to using psychological test module (1) 
• Fluent in English would be an advantage 
• Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill 
• Have visionary leadership and managerial skill and able to work effectively, both independently or team based
