URGENTLY REQUIRED : 

We are a group of companies of numerous subsidiaries involved in various business lines with Printing & Packaging, Paper Products, Renewal Energy Solutions and Agriculture as its core and who is currently dealing with several Multinational Companies and International Chain Stores. To support our fast growth, we are seeking for a highly qualified professional candidates to join our team as : 

1. CIVIL ENGINEER - (CE) 
2. LEGAL CHIEF - (LC) 

Requirements :

1. CIVIL ENGINEER - (CE) 

• Located in Bantul - Yogyakarta 
• Male / Female with min. 25 years old 
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from reputable university 
• Min. 2 years professional experience in civil and construction works 
• Good computer literate (MS Office and Auto Cad) 
• Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skill 

2. LEGAL CHIEF - (LC) 

• Located in Bantul - Yogyakarta 
• Male / Female with min. 30 years old 
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from reputable university 
• Min. 5 years professional experience as Legal Staff and familiar with: 
• Government Departments interactions; 
• Company Legal Licenses and Permits; 
• Property Land and Building License and Permits; 
• Land Acquisitions; 
• Notary Deeds; 
• Fluent in English 
• Self starter, resourceful and result driven 
• Good computer literate (Macintosh OS would be an advantage) 
• Good negotiation and communication skills
